Base price for any apartment is $30.00 Base price for any house is $40.00
For each room an additional cost will be added on. Bedrooms are an additional $5-$7, Bathrooms are an additional $5-$7, Kitchens are an additional $7-$10, and living rooms are additional $7-$10, the larger the space the more the charge added on.
